JLV, the creator, is still to this day working on the game and updating it, all of which is free once you already own the full game. Theres also no such thing as paying for tracks or bikes.

He deserves some serious recognition amongst the entire MX world. One of those guys that are so ahead of their time. Yea i made that just as a mess around type of thing.
